📋 Description

• Lead front-end projects from a technical perspective. • Define standards and best practices for React. • Implement Micro Frontends. • Ensure quality, performance, and security. • Mentor teams and conduct code reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• ReactJS • React 18+, Hooks, Context API, Redux Toolkit, advanced TypeScript, Suspense, Error Boundaries, and Design Patterns. • Micro Frontends and Single-SPA • Distributed architecture, independent deployments, governance, observability, and orchestration using Single-SPA, Import Maps, and lazy loading. • Web Performance • Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), Lighthouse, tree shaking, code splitting, CDNs, caching, and continuous monitoring. • SEO and GEO • Technical SEO for React, SSR, SSG, Structured Data, Google Search Console, and optimization for generative AI search engines. • Figma Dev Mode • Use of design tokens, componentization, Design System integration, and Figma-driven development. • Applied AI in Development • GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, and automation for code, tests, and documentation.
