📋 Description
• Act as a Product Owner in a banking squad, focused on digital products. • Ensure backlog management, including writing user stories, epics, and features. • Align with PMs, other POs and stakeholders on product strategy. • Own the product strategy, directing vision, roadmap, releases and product lifecycle. • Inspire and engage the team around a clear purpose, fostering innovation and alignment. • Work with agile methodologies, including writing stories, refinement, and facilitating/participating in ceremonies. • Support the development team by clarifying goals and ensuring value-driven deliveries. • Act with versatility, as the project involves different business units and areas of the business.
🎯 Requirements
• Solid experience as a Product Owner. • Knowledge of digital insurance products is a plus. • Ability to analyze functional and non-functional requirements. • Experience defining MVPs, prototyping, market research and hypothesis validation. • Skill in analyzing user behavior and turning insights into product improvements. • Experience coordinating multiple teams to deliver aligned outcomes.
