📋 Description

• Quality Assurance: Validate telephone service systems (IVR), ensuring that call flows are consistent, error-free, and deliver an excellent customer experience. • Test Planning: Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for phone service scenarios, including integrations, voice navigation and DTMF interactions. • Test Execution: Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end and usability testing, simulating the customer’s complete journey through the IVR and connected systems. • Test Automation (a plus): Develop and maintain automation scripts for IVR testing using domain-specific tools and frameworks. • Defect Management: Log, prioritize and track bugs and deviations identified, ensuring fixes are validated in test environments.

🎯 Requirements

• IVR/Telecom Systems Knowledge: Experience with IVR architecture, Contact Center systems and voice technologies (SIP, VoIP, Asterisk, Genesys, Avaya, etc.). • Testing Methodologies: Solid understanding of test types and techniques (functional, non-functional, regression, smoke testing, etc.). • SQL: Ability to run database queries to validate test data and transaction results. • Activity and Test Management Tools: Experience with agile and test management tools (e.g., Kanbanize, Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail) and bug tracking. • Programming Logic: Understanding of programming logic to create test scripts; familiarity with JavaScript for automation. • APIs and Integrations: Experience testing APIs/Web Services (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman or SoapUI, essential for validating IVR integrations.
