📋 Description

• Develop and evolve backend APIs and services in Java with Spring Boot, ensuring efficient and structured consumption of consolidated data in OneData • Design and implement event-driven architecture (Pub/Sub), promoting resilient integration between systems and progressive decoupling of legacy components • Build adaptation layers, such as adapters, facades and BFFs, enabling incremental migration of consumers without operational impact • Structure and optimize critical endpoints in the Domiciliar journeys, such as scheduling, feasibility, routing and profitability, ensuring performance and scalability • Define and implement data access patterns and API exposure, including versioning, pagination, advanced filters, aggregations and caching strategies • Support the transition between data models and contract versions, ensuring safe coexistence between versions, compatibility and progressive architectural evolution • Implement robust resilience and performance practices, such as circuit breaker, retry, timeout, fallback and rate limiting • Identify and mitigate latency bottlenecks, excessive resource consumption and overload in databases and caches • Ensure full observability of APIs, with structured logs, metrics, distributed tracing and monitoring for errors and latency • Document API contracts, events and technical decisions • Interact with product, design and frontend teams

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in backend development with Java • Proficiency in Spring Boot for building and evolving APIs and microservices • Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging / Pub/Sub mechanisms • Experience with system integration, legacy modernization and building adaptation layers • Knowledge of API design best practices, including versioning, pagination, filters, contracts and backward compatibility • Experience with resilience, scalability and performance practices in distributed environments • Knowledge of observability, including logs, metrics, tracing and monitoring • Ability to operate in high-criticality contexts, with technical vision and a focus on operational stability • Good communication skills for technical documentation and interaction with different teams • Nice-to-have: experience with high-volume products and continuous operation • Nice-to-have: experience in multi-brand or white-label contexts • Nice-to-have: experience with scalable backend architectures • Nice-to-have: close collaboration with operations teams, understanding direct business impact • Nice-to-have: experience integrating in unstable environments or with legacy systems • Analytical thinking and problem-solving focus • Attention to user experience and operational impact • Organization and quality in code delivery • Sense of ownership and responsibility • Collaboration with product, design and frontend teams
