📋 Description

• Strategic Roadmap Management: Align product and technology programs and initiatives with the company OKRs. • Risk management and mitigation of bottlenecks in complex structures. • Board management, ensuring strategy is translated into technical execution. • Executive reporting of status, risks, impediments, and delivery milestones. • Analysis of Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and Cumulative Flow Diagram (CFD) to optimize flow. • Implementation of continuous improvement cycles based on efficiency and effectiveness data. • Execution of Kickoffs, PI pre-work (SAFe), Discovery, and Delivery syncs. • Conducting assessments (Maturity Radar) and translating results into progressive action plans.

• Portfolio Strategy and Governance • Strategic Roadmap Management: Align product and technology programs and initiatives with the company OKRs. • Schedule and Dependency Governance: Risk management and mitigation of bottlenecks in complex structures. • Strategic Alignment: Board management ensuring strategy is translated into technical execution. • Stakeholder Management: Executive reporting of status, risks, impediments, and delivery milestones. • Operational Excellence and Performance Metrics: Analysis of Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and Cumulative Flow Diagram (CFD) to optimize flow. • Tactical PDCA: Implementation of continuous improvement cycles based on efficiency and effectiveness data. • Process Agility and Quality — Facilitation of scaled routines: Execution of Kickoffs, PI pre-work (SAFe), Discovery, and Delivery syncs. • Agile Maturity: Applying assessments (Maturity Radar) and translating findings into evolutionary action plans. • Assurance of working methods: Ensure teams follow the methods and frameworks defined and aligned by the Bank.
