📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the development team, promoting collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement • Define and guide the architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability • Conduct code reviews, promoting best development practices and coding standards • Support technical refinements, contributing to solution definition and estimations • Ensure adoption of software engineering, architectural, and development best practices • Support the design and implementation of system integrations via APIs and microservices • Act as a mentor to the team, fostering technical development of team members and supporting decision making • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliveries

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Tech Lead or in a technical leadership role • Strong knowledge in development and integration of RESTful APIs • Experience with Cloud computing platforms • Experience with microservices architecture • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) • Plus: Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions • Knowledge or hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
