âą Manage a portfolio of medium and large monday.com clients. âą Oversee the customer journey from onboarding through renewal. âą Identify opportunities for expansion, upsell, and new modules. âą Ensure clients use automations, dashboards, and integrations strategically. âą Lead follow-up meetings (QBRs, check-ins, and executive meetings). âą Develop action plans to drive customer adoption and engagement. âą Partner with CS, Support, and the Technical Team to resolve complex requests. âą Keep the CRM and reports updated with account statuses. âą Report results and risks to leadership.
đŻ Requirements
âą Bachelor's degree. âą Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management. âą Experience with the monday.com platform is a plus. âą Proficiency with automations, dashboards, and integrations. âą Fluent in Portuguese; English is a plus.
