• Plan, deliver and evaluate training programs (in-person and online), aligned with business needs – Call Center, Collections and Retention • Structure and redesign the onboarding process, making it more interactive and automated • Identify training and development needs with business areas and partners, using analysis of business performance indicators • Develop content and adapt materials for different audiences, ensuring clear instruction and engagement • Support initiatives related to artificial intelligence applied to learning, using tools to optimize content • Administer the LMS platform, ensuring learning paths and courses are up to date • Measure training results and impact, building metrics and reports • Conduct benchmarking of L&D and development practices in the market • Deliver training in various formats (podcasts, workshops, among others)
• Bachelor's degree (completed) • Experience in Call Center, Collections and Retention is a plus • Dynamic profile • Strong communication skills • Organized and committed
