📋 Description

• Process and manage orders, including insurance coverage details, documentation requirements, and stock shortages • Support prior authorization workflows by tracking requests and following up until resolution • Call partner companies to confirm details, resolve issues, and unblock orders • Occasionally contact providers • Communicate with nurses and doctors through the provider portal • Identify order and billing issues that could cause denials or delays and flag them early • Document every interaction and outcome clearly • Meet volume and accuracy targets while following guidelines • Escalate issues that fall outside established guidelines • Apply feedback and adapt to changing workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with DME and medical supplies • Experience in RCM, billing, or insurance verification • Clear, professional spoken English and confidence on the phone • Excellent written communication • High attention to detail and a high level of organization • Ability to work with urgency, prioritize well, and close tasks out • Ability to work independently and manage your own time in a remote environment • Integrity, honesty, and transparency • Prior authorization experience strongly preferred • Healthcare background or call center/customer service experience strongly preferred • Comfortable with feedback and changing workflows • Ability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET • Must be based in Colombia or Manila
