📋 Description

• Execute KYx processes (KYC, KYP, KYS and KYE), including procedural and client record analysis, adverse media research and monitoring, data consolidation and preparation of reports for presentation to the Risk and Compliance Committee, when applicable • Support the preparation, review and consolidation of regulatory reports, internal controls and corporate Compliance documents • Assist in conducting operational due diligence, including analysis and organization of information and documents, monitoring process steps and supporting the preparation of related materials • Contribute to the preparation of training materials and internal communications related to Compliance, ethics, integrity and AML/CFT • Support the maintenance and updating of information in the FATCA-related system, including monitoring registrations and data related to the GIIN • Support other routines, controls and projects developed by the Compliance area

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Law degree program • Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office • Basic understanding of KYC processes • Interest in working in the financial and capital markets, with a focus on Compliance topics • Good analytical skills • Strong sense of responsibility and ethics • Ability to work well in a team • Proactive attitude • Willingness to learn and develop in the financial market
