📋 Description

• Configure and develop solutions for customers on the Archer IRM platform • Configure and develop integrated solutions for customers using the Archer IRM platform utilizing additional industry standard applications including SSO, web services integrations, import sets and table polling • Design and configure complex configurations including advanced workflow, questionnaires, layouts, reports, data feeds and data imports, campaigns, dashboards, notifications, package installation and workflows, etc. • Support and escalate issues and defects related to specific customer environments as required, provide incident support as required • Develop and maintain baseline configurations and development in a code repository such as Azure GIT • Perform system and unit testing, document results • Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria and develop documentation as required, per operational processes • Follow the engagement model as determined by the engagement manager for projects, as needed • Follow the Verterim’s standardised project implementation methodology • Input time and expenses into Verterim’s timekeeping system on a weekly basis • Ability to work with a remote team, communicate well (verbal and writing) via email and phone, as well as via chat applications like MS Teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field including Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience • Certified Archer Certified Associate • Certified Archer Administrator – Specialist • Certified Archer Administrator – Expert • 1 to 3 years of experience with Archer IRM across all use cases, including Archer Engage, Engage for Vendor, Third Party Risk Management, ESG Management, Enterprise and Operational Risk Management, IT Security Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Governance, etc. • Relational database experience, SQL • Working knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies
