📋 Description

• Lead the platform's evolution to a V2 (beta) that delivers tangible value. • Refactor parts of the front end and support modularization. • Implement observability and engineering metrics (establish a performance baseline). • Strengthen the connection between Engineering, Product, and Data to avoid siloed execution. • Ensure that deliveries follow the strategic roadmap and OKRs, filtering out peripheral requests. • Actively participate in discoveries and brainstorming sessions to co-create product solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and backend architecture. • Previous experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead in digital product squads. • Experience with AI projects applied to product (e.g., chatbots, automation, machine learning). • Knowledge of modularization, observability, and AWS infrastructure.
