📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and scaling of intelligent systems that enhance aviation maintenance, diagnostics, and operational insights • Focus on advancing AI-driven capabilities across Veryon’s product suite • Work at the intersection of machine learning, aviation data, and distributed systems • Build production-grade AI solutions that combine generative AI, telemetry data, and domain expertise • Mentor team members, influence technical direction, and ensure best practices in building scalable AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong AI/ML focus • Advanced proficiency in Python and building production systems • Experience with NLP, embeddings, and machine learning models • Experience working with both structured and unstructured data • Strong understanding of scalable systems and cloud environments • Proven experience supporting high-concurrency applications • Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers
