• Accountable for end-to-end performance of the Pallas Epos Group. • Leadership of consolidated operating structure across multiple brands. • Ownership of acquisition integration lifecycle. • Oversight of functional leaders in operations, commercial, and technical areas. • Drive EBITA improvement and cost discipline within group entities. • Lead integration of newly acquired entities into Pallas Epos Group. • Maximise payment processing penetration and improve net revenue retention.
• Proven experience integrating acquisitions into a centralised operating model. • Strong track record in turnaround, restructuring or portfolio optimisation. • Deep understanding of payments monetisation models. • Experience operating legacy software businesses with constrained investment. • Commercially driven, operationally rigorous.
