📋 Description

• Drive Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own product strategy for key areas • Lead Complex Initiatives: Oversee large, cross-functional projects • Turn Feedback & Data into Action: Synthesize qualitative feedback to identify opportunities • Optimize Product Performance: Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze product performance trends • Strengthen Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with engineering, design, onboarding, and support • Elevate Product Documentation & Processes: Create detailed product requirement documents • Ensure High-Quality Delivery: Lead comprehensive QA processes • Mentor & Influence: Provide guidance to junior product managers • Drive Go-to-Market & Enablement: Partner with internal teams to ensure successful launches

🎯 Requirements

• A four-year college degree and 5+ years of progressive product management experience • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy • Strong track record of setting long-term product vision • Advanced analytical capabilities with experience defining KPIs • Extensive experience writing detailed product requirement documents • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Deep commitment to understanding user workflows • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong understanding of technical architecture and APIs
