📋 Description

• Support and manage full lifecycle capture activities for assigned opportunities. • Execute capture plans for pre-qualified pursuits, ensuring alignment with win strategy and customer priorities. • Conduct customer research, opportunity analysis, and competitor assessments to strengthen positioning. • Coordinate internal gate reviews and ensure capture artifacts are complete and actionable. • Collaborate with solution, pricing, and proposal teams to shape compliant and compelling responses. • Support teaming strategy, partner coordination, and subcontractor engagement. • Assist with pricing inputs, win themes, and value proposition development. • Maintain disciplined documentation and reporting across the capture lifecycle. • Contribute to various projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a collaborative mindset. • Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field • 2-4 years of direct, hands-on capture management or federal capture support experience • Experience supporting VA, HHS, CMS, NIH, FDA, CDC, or other health agencies preferred • Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQs, GWACs, and task order competitions • Experience participating in capture gate reviews and color team processes • Familiarity with federal health IT domains such as application modernization, cloud migration, data analytics, or interoperability • Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), GovWin, SAM.gov, and Microsoft Office tools.
