📋 Description

• Support the migration of workforce management data across legacy and modern platforms within the PTEMS environment • Assist with data mapping, transformation, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with VA standards • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and operations teams to troubleshoot data quality issues and implement corrective actions • Document migration processes, workflows, and technical procedures for operational and compliance needs • Monitor and validate data transfers, ensuring consistency between source and target systems • Participate in system cutovers, reconciliations, and post-migration validation activities • Provide technical support for ongoing data migration, integration, and reporting efforts • Contribute to cross-functional meetings with technical and business stakeholders to align on migration goals and timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • 2+ years of experience in data migration, data integration, or related technical role • Hands-on experience with SQL for querying, validation, and troubleshooting • Familiarity with ETL tools, data mapping, and data transformation techniques • Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment • Experience supporting VA, federal, or large-scale contact center programs • Familiarity with workforce management platforms (e.g., Verint, NICE, Aspect) or related contact center systems • Exposure to data visualization/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau • Knowledge of federal data compliance standards and migration best practices • Ability to obtain a Government clearance • Candidate must reside within the continental US • Sorry, we are unable to offer sponsorship at this time
