• Lead capture initiatives focused on DHA and related government healthcare agencies. • Develop and execute winning capture strategies that align with DHA mission needs and modernization priorities. • Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities across EHR modernization, interoperability, and digital health transformation. • Build and sustain trusted relationships with DHA stakeholders, program executives, and industry partners. • Collaborate with technical and proposal teams to define innovative solutions and compelling value propositions. • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform bid strategies and teaming decisions. • Manage capture plans, gate reviews, and resource coordination to ensure on-time high-quality execution. • Contribute to various projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a collaborative mindset. • Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. • 7+ years of experience in capture management, business development, or proposal leadership within DHA or government health IT programs. • Demonstrated success leading captures exceeding $20M+ in value. • Established relationships and proven success engaging DHA decision-makers and contracting officers. • Background in technology or management consulting, including ERP applications, cloud modernization, or system integration. • Strong understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQ/GWAC vehicles, and procurement processes. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and government leadership. • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational, analytical, and writing skills. • Proficiency with Salesforce, GovWin, SAM.gov, and Microsoft Office Suite.
