📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). • Configure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements, including entity creation, form design, views, business rules, and process automation. • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate). • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables. • Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment of customizations and updates. • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, including performance tuning and issue resolution. • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes. • Ensure all solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. • Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform. • Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools. • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics products supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. • Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications. • Experience with data migration and ETL processes. • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Dynamics 365 development. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Prior experience collaborating with VA stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery. • Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting CRM systems within a federal agency environment. • Proven knowledge of Department of Veterans Affairs operations, policies, and programs, with an emphasis on client-facing technology solutions.
