📋 Description

• Ensure the stability, continuous improvement, and legal compliance of the Payroll system in the SAP ECC environment • Understand business requirements and provide technical implementation and specialized support • Handle complex tickets, enhancements, rollouts, and new SAP HCM PY implementations • Maintain and improve the stability and performance of the SAP HCM PY module • Create and maintain complex Payroll Calculation Rules (PCRs) and payroll schemas • Adapt the system to collective bargaining agreements and the company’s internal policies • Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor legislation, legal updates, and ancillary reporting obligations • Maintain, troubleshoot, and submit eSocial events • Translate Human Resources and Payroll/Personnel Administration requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications • Ensure efficient and scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record as an SAP HCM Consultant, with demonstrated expertise in the PY submodule (Payroll – Brazil localization) • In-depth knowledge of schema configuration, Payroll Calculation Rules, average earnings calculations, child support, vacation, termination, and 13th-month salary processing • Strong working knowledge of the Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (PT), and Benefits (BN) submodules • Previous experience in large companies, preferably in the industrial, metallurgical, or steel sectors • Experience processing high-volume payrolls and managing multiple union rules • Hands-on experience with the eSocial architecture within SAP, including inconsistency resolution and messaging • Knowledge of ABAP programming for HCM, including code reading, debugging, and an understanding of Logical Databases (preferred) • Knowledge of or experience with the transition to/coexistence with SAP S/4HANA (H4S4 / Private Cloud Edition) (preferred) • Official SAP HCM certification (preferred)
