• Assist customers on a day-to-day basis to help them with any needs, always advocating for the success of the company they work for • Identify areas for improvement in the product, communication, service, and processes, with the goal of continuously improving the customer experience • Interact with internal stakeholders, such as system administrators and other development teams • Perform the necessary technical checks to assist in resolving cases.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, with graduation expected at least one year from now • Available to intern 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM) • Available to work remotely • Have participated in a junior enterprise, student organization, or company • Previous experience in customer service (professional, project-based, or personal) • Basic knowledge of Office/Google tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Word, etc.) and AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) • Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk and Intercom.
