• Monitor end-to-end production activities across an assigned portfolio of factories • Serve as the primary on-site liaison for real-time issue resolution and SOP adherence • Assist in Risk Assessment (TD) and Pre-Production (T4) meetings by gathering data, identifying risks, and recommending actions • Support the QM team in driving factory adherence to SOPs and product specifications during mass production • Track and report core KPIs and escalate deviations in a timely manner • Resolve daily production issues, including material delays and low output, with VF functions and factory partners • Validate factory production planning schedules to achieve OTP targets • Make real-time production decisions, including line balancing and automation recommendations • Assist with production start-up supervision for high-risk styles • Support verification of social/environmental compliance corrective action plans and implementation of VF programs such as Higg Index, WCD, and LABS • Provide on-the-ground support for automation adoption and process changes • Prepare production reports and management insights • Support root cause analysis and CAP reviews for quality claims, monitor CAP implementation, and report progress • Travel frequently to factory sites across designated locations
• Knowledge of the product category within the scope of this role, including manufacturing processes, materials, and construction methods • Product Development or Technical expertise is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production operations or technical roles • Experience working with overseas factories and a multicultural factory management team • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PLM systems, and production planning tools • Fluent in English, written and verbal • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region
