📋 Description

• Develop and manage the Project Management Plan (PMP) with detailed processes and schedules • Prepare and submit Monthly Progress Reports and Annual Summary Reports • Oversee daily correspondence intake, tracking, and closure • Ensure compliance with technical project management for correspondence systems • Identify and manage critical project milestones and dependencies • Support strategic initiatives with analytical and documentation efforts • Draft and present executive briefing materials and facilitate key meetings • Develop and maintain SOPs for correspondence processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) • 10+ years providing business services to Federal organizations • Expertise in Federal Records Management, FOIA, FACA, and Section 508 regulations (experience in a natural resource agency preferred) • Experience in leading correspondence operations across Federal tracking systems • PMP certification preferred, Lean Six Sigma a plus
