📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients with employees on business trips requiring immigration advice, offering exceptional service and support. • Regularly communicate with clients to update them on the progress of trip assessments, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction. • Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth. • Serves as an Immigration specialist for business travel related Immigration matters, including compliance with Immigration laws and regulations. • Partners with the product team ensure the immigration content in the platform is technically sound and up to date. • Conduct complex thorough assessments and provide guidance on immigration-related aspects of business travel, including visas, work permits and compliance. • Collaborate with clients to implement Immigration strategies for business travel, minimizing liabilities for both the company and the employee. • Stay updated on international Immigration laws and regulations, offering insights and recommendations to clients based on changing Immigration landscapes. • Provide expert advice on Immigration and related matters to support business trip planning and execution. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the client base by understanding their evolving needs. • Work to expand the client portfolio and nurture existing client relationships to drive revenue growth. • Analyze Market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential growth areas and opportunities.
