📋 Description
• Design, build, and execute performance testing strategies • Own the full non-functional testing lifecycle • Work with AI Test Engineering, product, and DevOps teams • Produce actionable insights and support release gating decisions
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years in performance testing • Experience with AI-enabled systems • Advanced scripting in JMeter • Experience with tools like Locust, Grafana, and Postman • Ability to operate independently • Bachelor's degree required
