📋 Description

• You provide professional customer consulting throughout the entire software project in intralogistics • You translate customer requirements into user stories, produce specifications (requirements documents), and support implementation in close collaboration with software development • You independently configure the viadat warehouse management system and create reports and dashboards • You independently perform internal testing, customer training, go‑lives and support services • You actively support PreSales and Product Management by contributing practical customer insights

🎯 Requirements

• You have a degree with a logistics/IT focus or an equivalent qualification • You have several years of professional experience working with warehouse management systems, ideally in consulting or project implementation of intralogistics solutions • You bring solid process knowledge of logistics and material flow as well as strong customer-facing and consulting skills • You have demonstrable project management skills and experience using common PM methods and tools • You work in a solution-oriented, structured and entrepreneurial manner and demonstrate strong communication and facilitation skills in workshops • You are willing to travel according to project phases (on average approx. 20–30% outside the home office/location) • You apply your very good German and English skills confidently when working with international customers
