📋 Description

• Meeting Deadlines: Complete closing tasks within the timelines established by the Closing Schedule to ensure financial statements are prepared on time; • Account Analysis: Perform monthly—and when required, year-to-date and quarterly—analyses of the accounting accounts under your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the financial statements to be published. • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closes, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality of information is maintained. • Post accounting entries and support the analysis of monthly balances; • Perform account reconciliations and provide supporting documentation; • Assist in preparing explanatory notes and periodic reports; • Support external audits (Big 4) by organizing evidence and responding to auditor inquiries; • Assist in updating internal controls and standardized procedures; • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for accounting processes. • Support process improvement and automation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with active CRC registration (required); • Previous accounting experience (internship or junior position); • Basic knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards (CPC) and international standards (IFRS); • Intermediate Excel skills; • Analytical ability, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
