📋 Description

• Act as a Mid-level Product Manager with a focus on logistics projects and supply chain optimization; • Lead strategic product management, ensuring continuous evolution and the generation of business value; • Ensure operational excellence of the initiatives under your responsibility; • Ensure that developed solutions are aligned with the organization’s goals for efficiency, performance, and growth; • Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, promoting innovation and operational gains.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other STEM fields. Alternatively, degrees in other areas are acceptable if accompanied by postgraduate studies, an MBA, or a specialization in Technology; • Professional Experience: Solid track record in product management or management of complex projects, preferably at a mid level; • Technical Knowledge: Experience in Supply Chain projects, covering areas such as planning, S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution), and process optimization; • Analytical Capability: Strong aptitude for data analysis, focused on identifying operational bottlenecks and proposing improvements based on quantitative evidence; • Management Methodologies: Mastery of agile frameworks and project management tools; • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and conflict-resolution abilities across different business areas; • Data Handling: Proficiency in performing queries using SQL; • Data Stack: Experience in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem, specifically using BigQuery; • Data Visualization: Experience developing dashboards and analyses with Tableau; • Advanced Optimization: Familiarity with advanced planning models or logistics modeling tools.
