📋 Description

• Conduct outbound and inbound conversations with leads interested in the courses • Understand each person's situation, pain points, and goals before presenting a solution • Apply consultative selling techniques to recommend the most suitable course • Record and follow up on all contacts in the CRM, keeping the history up to date • Manage the sales pipeline, from the initial contact through enrollment closing • Negotiate, answer questions, and help leads make informed decisions with confidence

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • An ongoing or completed degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or a related field is a plus • Previous sales experience, especially in B2C, services, or education • Experience using CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to listen, understand, and connect easily with people • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple interactions and targets • Knowledge of sales techniques such as SPIN, AIDA, or sales funnels is a plus • Experience with consultative selling is a plus • Comfort working with targets and performance indicators is a plus • Position based in Fortaleza, Ceará, and the surrounding metropolitan area
