📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects and programs • Manage scope, timelines, risks, escalations, and customer communication • Drive project governance, status reporting, and SteerCo meetings • Lead requirements gathering and support scope definition and change requests • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery • Own delivery KPIs including: Forecast accuracy, Revenue forecast and realization, Utilization, Project profitability / PS margin, Delivery performance • Lead and mentor Professional Services Engineers and Project Managers • Support hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across delivery processes

🎯 Requirements

• Seasoned experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Professional Services leadership • Experience delivering complex customer-facing technical projects • Experience managing direct reports and delivery teams • Background in media, broadcast, MAM, or content management environments • Strong understanding of: Software delivery methodologies, Technical integrations and cloud environments, Scope and change management, Forecasting and operational KPIs • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) • PMP certification is a strong plus
