📋 Description

• Structure, organize and maintain technical documentation for projects eligible under the Lei do Bem (Brazil's R&D tax incentive law), including descriptive reports, technical reports and R&D evidence • Maintain direct contact with specialized consultants, ensuring deadlines, data quality and compliance in submissions • Support the periodic grouping of projects and product initiatives, identifying opportunities to maximize tax benefits • Support coordination of the OKR cycle, including verification with business areas during drafting and periodic check-ins • Lead and monitor the full project lifecycle for projects under direct responsibility: planning, execution, control and closure • Monitor and support project managers on complex projects, providing methodological and governance support • Ensure efficient and regular communication with stakeholders about project status and OKRs • Record and document lessons learned to continuously improve projects and processes • Use and evolve methodologies, templates and project/PMO management standards, incorporating AI tools to improve productivity

• Analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of project management, including PMBOK, OKR, Scrum and Kanban • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence • Knowledge of automation and AI (artificial intelligence) • This is an affirmative action position for people with disabilities (PWD)
