• Analyze usage behavior of Asaas' main products; • Evaluate, refine, and continuously monitor customers' Health Score; • Develop predictive analyses, dashboards, and reports; • Transform raw journey and customer behavior data into actionable recommendations; • Anticipate churn risks; • Prepare executive reports; • Ensure standardization, governance, integrity, and data quality; • Define and evolve customer segmentations; • Create and optimize scalable processes; • Collaborate with RevOps, Data Science, and Customer Success squads; • Connect product usage analytics insights with operational needs.
• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (Service Hub): creating and maintaining pipelines, automations, properties, segmentations, and CS routines; • Proficiency in Metabase and Databricks; • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; • Advanced knowledge of Customer Success metrics; • Experience structuring segmentations, health scores, operational rules, and customer monitoring frameworks.
