📋 Description

• Allocate cash and manage the proprietary portfolio (LFTs, NTN-Bs, CDBs, etc.) • Pursue the best returns while ensuring daily compliance with regulatory guidelines and Central Bank safeguards • Execute operational workflows and the daily booking and reconciliation routines for treasury transactions • Build processes and controls for the Institutional Desk • Develop financial pricing calculators • Eliminate manual routines in favor of automation • Apply advanced financial mathematics to interest rates, extrapolation, and interpolation of financial curves • Maintain daily interaction with the ALM and Back Office teams, ensuring the proper settlement of transactions • Provide occasional support to the Funding Desk with CDBs and receivables financing, ensuring operational backup for the area

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Treasury, preferably gained at startups, fintechs, or neobanks, working on an Institutional Desk, in Capital Management, or in a high-complexity Back Office environment • Essential practical knowledge of fixed-income products (CDBs, LFTs, NTN-Bs, and receivables financing) • Knowledge of Central Bank safeguard rules applicable to Payment Institutions (IPs) and Credit, Financing, and Investment Societies (SCFIs) • Proven hands-on experience executing workflows and booking transactions • Advanced command of financial mathematics, including pricing, interest rates, and yield curves • Analytical, logical, and data-driven mindset • Hands-on profile with the ability to build processes from scratch • A plus: knowledge of Databricks, n8n, SQL, and Python • A plus: experience with Financial Bills and offshore transactions (ETFs, etc.) • A plus: experience with the Matera treasury system • A plus: practical use of Artificial Intelligence tools • A plus: proficiency in Power BI, Metabase, or Tableau
