📋 Description

• Guide, motivate and develop the Engineering team; • Make technical decisions and act to resolve complex problems; • Maintain established standards and practices within the area, guiding the team to transform business logic into high-quality code; • Define and implement new features; • Understand and discuss problems and proposed solutions, always seeking the best technical solution for the challenges encountered; • Convey relevant technical information to the business and to other areas and people involved in product and solution development (team, other leads, managers, stakeholders, etc.); • Review code delivered by the team, providing feedback; • Guide the team in breaking down large deliverables into small, cohesive parts; • Monitor solutions deployed to production, evaluating errors, performance and availability; • Keep up with market trends, identify opportunities for innovation and guide the team in adopting solutions that drive the company’s growth and competitiveness; • Collaborate on improvements or new standards for the Engineering knowledge base.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in mobile development using Android, iOS, Flutter or .NET MAUI / Xamarin.Forms; • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban; • Proficiency in the MVVM architectural pattern; • Proficiency in native development using Handlers/Renderers; • Knowledge of Software Architecture, principles and design patterns; • Familiarity with the inner workings of native platforms, such as versioning, permissions, activities, view controllers, fragments and related concepts; • Skills in conflict management, decision-making, assertive communication and strategic vision.
