📋 Description

• Responsible for the financial and operational success of the business unit with approximately 80 employees. • Manage the division with a constant awareness of market developments and current trends. • Provide technical direction and drive the ongoing development of your business unit. • Hold professional and disciplinary responsibility for your employees. • Monitor and control the performance of the project portfolio. • Acquire new, innovative projects and establish sustainable customer relationships. • Responsible for high-quality workforce planning for the business unit. • Oversee the technical execution of assignments within the business unit. • Monitor deadlines, costs, capacity, work quality, and project outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, energy engineering, utility/energy network construction, or a comparable background. • Several years of professional experience in construction-related project business. • Several years of solid professional and disciplinary leadership responsibility. • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach, team player, confident, service-oriented, resilient, decisive and strong in communication. • Experience in acquiring new customers and projects. • Experience negotiating proposals and closing them independently. • Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage. • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus.
