📋 Description

• Responsibility for the commercial success of the business unit with approximately 80 employees. • Management of the business unit with a constant focus on market developments and current trends. • Strategic alignment and long-term planning of the department. • Technical and disciplinary responsibility for employees. • Quality and occupational safety management in accordance with the VINCI Group's requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy or Utility/Network Construction, or a comparable qualification. • Several years of professional experience in construction-related project business. • Several years of solid technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility. • Ability to conduct acquisition activities and independently negotiate offers. • Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP. • Fluent German, both written and spoken; English skills are welcome.
