📋 Description

• Responsible for the financial performance of the business unit with 80 employees. • Oversee the division with a focus on market developments and current trends. • Professional and disciplinary responsibility for employees. • Monitoring and controlling the project portfolio’s performance. • Acquisition of new, innovative projects and development of a sustainable customer management approach.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy or Utility/Network Engineering, or an equivalent qualification/degree. • Several years of professional experience in construction-related project business. • Proven technical and disciplinary leadership experience of several years. • Entrepreneurial mindset and a team-player attitude. • Independently acquire new clients and projects, and negotiate proposals. • Experience with cost center and profit & loss (P&L) responsibility in project-driven operations. • Good knowledge of MS Office; ideally experience with SAP. • Fluent German (spoken and written); English skills are a plus.
