📋 Description

• Report directly to the divisional management. • Responsible for the economic success of the business unit with approximately 80 employees. • Define the technical direction and foster development while taking a sustainable corporate strategy into account. • Hold technical and disciplinary responsibility for staff. • Monitor and steer the performance of the project portfolio. • Acquire new innovative projects. • Responsible for workforce planning of the business unit.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, energy supply or utility network construction, or a comparable educational/professional background. • Several years of professional experience in construction-related project business. • Several years of solid technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility. • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach; team player; self-confident; service-oriented; resilient; strong decision-making and communication skills. • Proven experience independently acquiring new clients and projects, negotiating proposals and driving them to completion. • Several years of cost-center and Profit & Loss responsibility in active project business. • Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus. • Fluent German (spoken and written); English skills are welcome.
