📋 Description

• Responsible for the financial performance of the business unit with approximately 80 employees. • Proactive management of the division with a focus on market developments and current trends. • Technical and disciplinary responsibility for employees. • Monitoring and controlling the results of the project portfolio. • Acquiring new, innovative projects and building a sustainable customer management approach.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy or utility network construction, or a comparable background/degree. • Several years of professional experience in construction-related project business. • Several years of technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility. • Independent new customer acquisition and track record of managing projects through to completion. • Several years of cost center and Profit & Loss responsibility in productive project operations.
