📋 Description

• Independent analysis, evaluation and commentary of contracts for energy plant projects • Holistic contract management across the entire project lifecycle in collaboration with project management and the respective departments • Development of project- and supplier-specific claim strategies in coordination with the Head of Contract Management and executive/project management • Steering and operational implementation of measures to assert or defend claims for additional compensation, as well as handling scope changes and construction disruptions • Support in schedule, cost and performance control • Evaluation of opportunities and risks based on the contract and project progress • Support in developing processes and in the further development of existing processes and strategies in claim management • Operational interface between departments, project teams, stakeholders and the Head of Contract Management • Compliance with and application of applicable standards and regulations for occupational health and safety, accident prevention, environmental protection and data privacy • Adherence to VINCI Energies' core values and principles • Compliance with and application of applicable standards and regulations for occupational health and safety, accident prevention, environmental protection and data privacy

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in engineering, law, business administration or a comparable qualification • Initial professional experience (approx. 2 years) in contract and claim management of large-scale construction projects, ideally in the energy sector, infrastructure or renewable energy • Strong knowledge of the relevant legal frameworks (German Civil Code (BGB), VOB, etc.) • Advanced contractual, commercial and technical knowledge • Structured, reliable and analytical working style • Proactive and communicative personality with a solution-oriented approach • Business-fluent German (negotiation-level) • Driver's license (Class B) • Willingness to travel (as required by project needs)
