📋 Description

• Comprehensive project support: contractual oversight for national and international projects • Review and evaluation of offers and contractual documents • Assessment of contract content regarding rights and obligations • Strategic advice to management and business units • Ensuring compliance with national and international regulations • Participation in the further development of contract management processes

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Engineering or a comparable field • At least 3–5 years of experience in contract/claim management • Strong knowledge of commercial and contract law • Practical experience with export control regulations, embargoes and dual‑use issues • Business‑fluent German and English • Structured, analytical and solution‑oriented approach • Experience with contract management tools, project controlling and MS Office • Certifications in compliance, export control or contract management are desirable
