• technische und kaufmännische Verantwortung für mehrere Projekte im Bereich Sprinklerumbauten • Bearbeitung von Reparaturaufträgen und Erstellung der zugehörigen Angebote • vertragskonforme Ausführung der Projekte hinsichtlich Termine, Kosten und Erlöse • komplettes Nachtragsmanagement • Kontaktpflege zum Kunden und Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen
🎯 Requirements
• abgeschlossene Ausbildung aus dem Bereich Maschinenbau, Haus- und Versorgungstechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung zum/zur Techniker:in oder Meister:in • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter:in idealerweise im Bereich Sprinkleranlagen • AutoCAD Kenntnisse oder Kenntnisse in anderen Konstruktionsprogrammen • sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Paket • strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise • lösungsorientierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
