📋 Description

• Technical and commercial responsibility for multiple sprinkler retrofit projects • Handling repair orders and preparing the associated quotations • Contract-compliant execution of projects with respect to schedules, costs and revenues • Complete change-order management • Maintaining customer relationships and participation in site/construction meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Completed qualification in mechanical engineering, building services/utility engineering, or an equivalent qualification as a technician or master craftsman • Several years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally in the field of sprinkler systems • Experience with AutoCAD or other CAD/design software • Confident user of the MS Office suite • Structured and results-oriented working style • Communicative and solution-oriented
