📋 Description

• Technical and commercial responsibility for multiple sprinkler refurbishment projects • Processing repair orders and preparing the associated quotations • Executing projects in compliance with contracts with respect to schedules, costs and revenues • Complete change order management • Maintaining contact with clients and participating in site/construction meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational qualification in mechanical engineering, building services/utility engineering, or an equivalent qualification as a technician or master craftsman • Several years of professional experience as a project manager • Knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD/design software • Proficient in the MS Office suite • Structured and results-oriented working style • Strong communication skills, solution-oriented and able to work well in a team
