📋 Description

• Technical and commercial responsibility for multiple sprinkler renovation projects • Processing repair orders and preparing the associated quotations • Ensuring contract-compliant execution of projects with respect to schedules, costs and revenues • Adherence to all technical guidelines (e.g. VdS) and standards • Change order / claims management • Maintaining client relationships and participating in construction meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training • Further qualification as a technician (Techniker) or a comparable qualification • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or another CAD/design program • Proficient in common MS Office applications • Strong service orientation • Team-oriented, customer-focused, communicative and solution-oriented
