📋 Description

• Technical and commercial responsibility for multiple projects involving sprinkler system retrofits • Processing repair orders and preparing the associated quotations • Contract-compliant execution of projects with regard to schedules, costs and revenues • Comprehensive change order management • Customer contact and participation in construction/site meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training in mechanical engineering, building services/utility engineering or an equivalent qualification as a technician or master craftsman • Several years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally with sprinkler systems • Knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD/design software • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Structured and results-oriented way of working • Communicative, solution-oriented and enjoys working in a team
