• Expand and maintain existing customer relationships and acquire new customers in the low- and medium-voltage sector • Provide detailed customer support and advice using technical expertise, needs analyses, and technical and commercial feasibility assessments • Negotiate contracts through to order conclusion and the handover of installations • Implement action plans • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and develop recommendations for the sales strategy • Support site management and contract management with technical execution and project controlling for acquired projects • Work closely with project managers during quotation preparation and order processing
• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Energy Engineering or vocational training with further qualification (e.g., certified technician/master craftsman) • Passion for system business, electrical energy distribution, renewable energy feed-in, energy storage, sector coupling, and digitalization (smart grids and microgrids) • Sales talent and strong communication skills • Fluent German and good English • Initial project experience in low-, medium- and high-voltage systems • Knowledge of SAP is desirable • Valid Class B driver's license
