📋 Description

• Disciplinary leadership of a software development team • Provide technical leadership as a "technical buddy" • Conduct code reviews and provide coaching • Take on challenging coding tasks • Conduct employee discussions and initiate necessary development measures • Regular exchange with colleagues at the same hierarchical level

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of practical experience as a lead developer for Business Central or Dynamics NAV (AL) • Motivation to take the step into a first-line management role • Enjoy communicating and working with people • Team player with flexibility • Business-fluent German and good English skills
