📋 Description
• Conduct real-time remote crisis assessments using secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms • Evaluate risk, safety concerns, and clinical needs • Make independent decisions on level of care and next steps • Complete timely, audit-ready documentation • Collaborate with a responsive and experienced crisis team
🎯 Requirements
• LMHP (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) or license-eligible clinician in Virginia • Experience in crisis, emergency, or behavioral health settings preferred • New graduates are encouraged to apply • Ability to conduct independent assessments with support as needed • Strong communication and documentation skills • Reliable internet and private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
