📋 Description
• Lead a multi-faceted team for complaint resolution • Establish clear performance expectations through coaching and quality reviews • Promote a culture of learning and meeting regulatory obligations • Oversee daily complaint operations and ensure documented resolutions
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7 years in customer service, complaints management, or escalations in regulated environments • Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s preferred • Strong understanding of consumer finance regulations • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
